Nanotechnology made from Borate Nanoparticles (nano potassium borate), synthetic ester matrix, hexagonal boron nitride (hBN), tungsten disulfide (WS2 ) and other nano formulations to achieve the lowest coefficient of friction and extremely low water washout of .50, over 5 times lower than the other specialty grease like the former boric acid technology sold. What this represents for industry is a major breakthrough for fluid system efficiency, longevity, energy conservation, increased power output and at the same time non-toxic.

Pronor invested in and has concluded that our products are safe under REACH and therefore will replace the black rated boric acid products previously sold. Archoil Biosynthetic greases are formulated with Durasyn PAO and fumed silica thickener as well as nanoborate causing immediate protection since there is no time needed to bond to metal as required by boric acid based greases. The result is better performance and biodegradable grease for land and offshore applications that will meet the HOCNF certification.
Other Archoil Greases are made with superior quality oils, specialized additive package and synthetic thickeners. The thickener is the latest technology developed in the grease industry. Calcium Complex offers properties never before available in multipurpose grease, superior corrosion protection. Calcium Sulfonates are known worldwide for their corrosion protection.
Archoil has 4 specialty formulated greases available for rail, industry, fleets and manufacturing including H-1 & H-2.
